The Berkeley provides a dainty breakfast to set you up for the day. A vast variety of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, dried fruit and yogurts can be followed by a tasty full English hot breakfast. Breakfast is catered between 08: 30 to 09: 30 but can be arranged earlier on demand.

The Berkeley has to offer single, double, twin and roomy family suites, every with a luxury bathroom, toiletries, hairdryer, satellite TV, DVD player, fresh fruit, tissues and a full cordiality tray. We also have two administrative apartments for single occupancy with double beds and wi-fi i-net connection.

The Berkeley is ideally situated for all of Eastbourne's plenty of park amusements. We are directly across from the theatres, conference center and Devonshire Park International Tennis Centre. The seafront is only one minute away and the city heart a short ten minute walk. A well-known choice of restaurants are on our doorstep with an even larger choice in the city center.

To find The Berkeley by highway, from the a27 or a22, follow the signs to Eastbourne seafront. Turn right on the roundabout at the Sovereign Leisure Centre, and follow the highway along the seafront. You'll travel along Royal Parade, Marine Parade and Grand Parade as you pass the pier on your left hand side. Lascelles Terrace is the seventh turning on the right after you have passed the pier - the turning being immediately after the Eastbourne Centre (formerly The T & G building). On-street parking zone is available in Lascelles Terrace and neighbouring highways. The Berkeley is at the end of Lascelles Terrace on the right hand side. Alternatively, trains depart from Victoria each 30 mins.

Kids between five and 11 years of age are charged 50%. Smoking and non-smoking suites accessible. A Deposit of £25. 00 for a person is required.

Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 11 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than four year can staying for independent.
