Breakfast is catered from 08: 30 till 09:00. Lunch is catered from 12: 00 till 14:00. Dinner is catered from 18:

We are situated 100 yards east of the pier, directly on the seafront. By auto, follow the signs to the seafront. Head along the beach and 100 yards before the pier you'll find the hotel. By train, either take a cab from the stand directly outside Eastbourne station, or stroll to the seafront, then turn left and we are just past the pier.

A non refundable deposit equivalent to one nights staying is charged unless the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of making the booking.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
