Loriston is a recently renovated Victorian cottage, in a still place just off the seafront. It's short distance to all the comforts Eastbourne can offer, and has a lot of unrestricted on-street parking. All diets are served for by prior arrangement. This must be requested at the time of booking. Ironing amenities are avalable at Loriston [Please do not bring irons into the bedrooms please.

All suites are en-suite and embellished and equipped to a high standard. All apartments are furnished with a variety of convenient amenities including scenic quality beds, linen and towels. There is also self-sufficient WIFI I-net access in all of the bedrooms.

Eastbourne is known as the sunshine beach, with a conserved climate thanks its location in a ten mile creek from Beachy Head in the west, to Hastings to the east. Eastbourne has four theatres, tennis courts, excellent terraces, a Victorian pier, lots of restaurants, and a city heart which are all short distance from Loriston House.

By Car: - Take the M23, M27 and A22. - Loriston is located 1/4 mile east of the Pier. - Turn left at the York House Hotel into St Aubyns Road. - Loriston is on the left-hand side.

The Loriston is a completely non-smoking holiday hotel. Please note that check-in must be before 22. 00 hours, unless by prior arrangement. Any damage caused to the bedrooms while you are staying will be charged in full to the credit card provided. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or cancellation in breach of this policy the cost of the total reservation will be charged. There is a 2% charge on all credit card transactions.
