From a22 head towards Eastbourne Seafront. At Sovereign Centre roundabout proceed along the Seafront approximately 1 kms. Just past the Redoubt Fortress turn right into St. Aubyns Road (by York House Hotel) then immediately right again into Hampden Terrace which is the at the upper of Latimer Road. Ivydene Hotel is located approximately 75 m along on the right hand side of the highway.

A non-refundable deposit of 25. 00 for a person is requested at time of booking. A surcharge of 2% is made for all credit card payments. All bedrooms are non-smoking. We do not accept pets. Kids are welcome and a 50% reduction is applicable for ages five - 11 years whether sharing a family suite with 2 groun-ups. Kids four yrs and under are welcome, but we do not have cots or high chair amenities.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than four year can staying for independent.
