Travel information
By auto: From the A22, A27, A259, head for the seafront: we are 500 m east of the Pier. By train/bus: We are a 20 minute stroll from Eastbourne Railway/Coach station or a five mins cab ride (cost approx 3-4 pounds).
Important information
One night non-refundable deposit will be taken. A charge of 3% will be made to payments made by credit card (not debit card). Kids of all ages are welcome. We are sorry we do not accept pets. All suites are non smoking, but visitors can smoke in the brasserie and sun hall.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 75% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
