The Cherry Tree is located 50 yards on your left. 45 mins from the M25/London, 20 mins from Newhaven, 40 mins from Brighton. By rail: Eastbourne rail station is situated in the center and is just a five mins cab ride away or a 15 minute stroll from The Cherry Tree. 85 mins from London Victoria, 40 mins from Gatwick Airport, 40 mins from Brighton, 90 mins from Ashford International. By ferry: 20 mins from Newhaven, two hours from Dover and the Channel Tunnel. By Air: Gatwick Airport is 40 miles away and Heathrow Airport 80 miles.

Normal check in time is between 4pm and 6pm or at a time by prior arrangement by telephone. Deposit of 20 GBP for a person. Single occupancy rate applies. Non smoking hotel. Hire of baby cot & bedding ten GBP a night.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 6 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than five year can staying for self-sufficient.
