Breakfast is catered from 07: 30 till 09:30. Lunch is catered from 12: 00 till 14:00. Dinner is catered from 19:

From the M25 take either M23 - Brighton or A22 straight to Eastbourne. From M23 head towards Newhaven then sign posted to Eastbourne. Once in Eastbourne follow signs for Seafront. We are located approx 200 yards West of the Pier.

A credit card is required to produce a reservation and a Non-Refundable deposit of 25. 00 GBP for a person will be taken from that card to secure that booking. Whether the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 15 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than 15 year can staying for independent.
