15 miles north of Perth on the A9 (Perth - Inverness road)From Perth direction take the turning signposted BIrnamDunkeld, follow the major highway via the countryside. The guesthouse is located in heart of the countryside on the right hand side. From Inverness direction take the turning signposted Dunkeld, then take the 1st turning to the right and carry along the major highway to the very heart of the countryside the guesthouse is located on the left hand side.
