Welcome to Abertay Guest HouseThe owners, Catherine and Karl Victor, anticipate to giving you a sincere welcome and long-lasting visit in their recent holiday hotel. Abertay Guest House is situated near to Broughty Ferry's city center, with its affluence of boutiques, restaurants and bars. Broughty Ferry is a suburb of Dundee, sitting at the mouth of the River Tay, with good-looking vistas towards Dundee and the 2 bridges. Dundee town is around five miles away, easily reached by bus. We have five apartments with adjacent and one with privy facilities and wash basin in the apartment, there are two double, two twinsingle, 1 family and one exceptional apartment. We provide a full breakfast carte menu (please ask for details) included in the suite rate. Broughty Ferry is superbly located for plenty of of one of the best Golf courses in Scotland. It features a delectable range of boutiques. restuarants, pubs and art galleries. We are located just 2 min amble from the coast and five min from the centre of the town. We able to in addition offer all office service for the work man including wi-fi i-net connection, fax, telephone, copyier, scanner, color printer, shredder (some self-sufficient and some with little charge). We accept most creditdebit cards.

Transportation

From South follow map directions for Dundee then from Dundee, follow the Kingsway bypass all the way round till you arrive to direction signs for Arbroath Road. Take the exit left onto Arbroath Road and follow for approx 1 mile to traffic lights and sign for Broughty Ferry - take right filter onto Claypots highway. Follow down to next set traffic lights at Queens Road combination, turn left onto Queens Road and continue through 2nd and third set of traffic lights, along Monifieth Road, we are on the left side at fusion with Panmure Road. Turn left into Panmure Road for car parking at rear of Abertay. From the North, from Forfar Road turn left down the Kingsway to exit for Arbroath Rd. then follow directions as above.
