General Information

Holme House bed & breakfast is a calm, huge 18th century farmhouse embedded in 350 acres of mixed farmland. It features a spacious park including a solitary walled region.

We propose an idle warm atmosphere with well furnished apartments and inviting log fires. Enjoy a cup of tea on arrival, catered in the living room. Have your fine breakfast round the vast stripped pine dining desk in the morning at this lovely B&B. Piercebridge is an exquisite countryside, situated some six miles west of Darlington, with its splendorous countryside green and prominent local pubs, it also forms part of the walkers' heaven - the Teesdale Way.

Piercebridge provides an outstanding base from which the open-air enthusiast and village lover can examine Darlington and its nearby park amusements. Holme House is precisely outside the charming village of Piercebrdge, well known for its roman remains and luxurious stretch of the River Tees. There are plenty of fine conventional pubs in surrounding countrysides which cater fine food. We are 6 miles from Darlington and approximately 15 mins from the old cobbled market place cities of Barnard Castle and Richmond. A proper stepping stone to the known Dales.

Anne Graham welcomes customers to Holme House Bed and Breakfast.
