Transportation

From Glasgow and Edinburgh head towards Stirling on the M9. Having bye-passed Stirling town and palace, take the A9 north towards Perth. Within seven miles of Stirling, take the treveller route brown sign-posted A822 towards Pitlochry and you follow via the historical wee cities of Braco and Muthill before coming to Crieff and birth spot of Ewen McGregor. On entering the speed zone of Crieff you pass over the River Earn bridge and James Cottage is suitably situated within 600 meters of the bridge on the left-hand side of the highway and within a five-minute stroll of the city center where there is an affluence of pubs, butiques and restaurant for the engaging guest.
