Bill and Sheila Hunt invite you to Grove House, an extensive, welcoming, quality B & B with luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. Birmingham National Exibition Centre and Birmingham International airport are only a 10 minutes drive away. We provide secure and safe car park and transfers to these destinations. Grove House is situated off a tranquil lane in small rustic countryside of Meriden. Meriden lies in a largely undeveloped district of agricultural land known as the 'Meriden Gap'. On the countryside green is a mediaval stone cross, traditionaly reputed to mark the very heart of England. The cross is a scheduled antique monument known locally as the 'stocks'. Also on greenish is the National Cyclist's Memorial, commemorating all those cyclists who lost their lives in the 1st and 2nd world wars. It's a location of annual rally and facilities each May. Approximately a 200 yard stroll from Grove House you are to find a conventional villiage pub called the 'Bulls Head' The restaurant features won a few awards for their food, They are open all day and they cater food from Mon - Sat from 12 noon - 10pm and Sundays 12 noon until 9. 30 pm. Grove House is also near four lovely courses in golf within several min drive: Stonebridge Golf Club, Forest of Arden relaxation club, North Warwickshire Golf Club and the West Midlands Golf Club. Grove House is also well positioned to stay Kenilworth Castle, Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds.
