General Information

Broadlawns Guesthouse is a little family run work that proposes a joyous and easy stay to all its customers. The serene location is lovely for East Midlands Airport, Mallory Park, Donnington race track, Twycross zoo and both Leicester and Loughborough. All apartments are adjacent and at first floor level in our aim built annex which is complimented by our breakfast room and reception desk which is situated in the major victorian cottage. The bedrooms are well equipped offering Wifi I-net, tea and coffee tray, TV, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a micro wave able to also be supplied for stays of over three nights). Broadlawns features its own property which features well planted and lavish park districts and roomy parking amenities close to the apartments. A hearty recently cooked full English breakfast is also catered along with a choice of cereals fruit juice and beverages. A wonderful selection of restaurants, pubs and boutiques are all within a short distance.

Transportation

From the M1 (junction 22) head north for Coalville on the 511. When you arrive to a mini roundabout with a sign for city center take this exit. Continue straigt over a set of traffic lights into London Road. We are on the left. From the M42 come off at mix 13 and follow the 511 south to Coalville (approx three miles) At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit and then keep going direct till you arrive into London Road.
