It was passion that drove us to softly restore this glorious 15th century manor and to expose its authentic beauty. Our trip started and ended by returning to where it all began those centuries ago, Mitton Hall had to become a home again, a site that looks and feels like it belongs to somebody. The imposing inside design is entirely complimented by the historical and architectural has that this spectacular property brags, creating a genuinely special environment and ambience. We provide 18 visitor bedrooms varying in size, shape and fashion. The bathrooms are all country of the art without being too over the upper, cold and impractical and they’re full of all the goodies that you have come to expect. As difficult to describe as it's to neglect this part trendy, shop flourishing hotel is the ideal retreat and hideaway. Offering somewhere to unbend and rest and to stimulate the taste buds in addition to indulge the senses our Brasserie and Deli menus are a must for all customers. The brasserie at Mitton is something of a business of art in itself, a veritable temple to the incredibly diverse variety of product and extract of the grape, grain and bean. Preposterously well stocked and open from the crack of dawn to the dead of night. Our wines have once again been chosen for us by D. Byrne & Co. of Clitheroe. The Brasserie carte menu catered in the Dining Rooms proposes something altogether more sizeable. The freshest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, are treated with celebrated flair, respect and imagination by Head Chef Mark Gaukroger and his hard-working team. A certainly bespoke conference venue awaits you at the recently renewed Mitton Hall as we enable you to conduct work in the majority superior of outskirts. With five function rooms all bragging natural daylight and a full variety of audio visual equipping accessible, we offer amenities good for a private interview or a seminar for 120 delegates.
