The Old Rectory is embedded in the gorgeous countryside of Christchurch The Old Rectory is 2 minutes from blend 24 of the M4, 2 minutes from the historic city of Caerleon and just half a mile from the Celtic Manor Resort. The lively Wye and Usk Valleys are surrounding, Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium are 12 miles away and Bristol 20 miles away. We are three miles from the Newport Velodrome and three miles from Newport City center. The Old Rectory proposes five STAR lodging as given by Visit Wales and features lately received their exclusive Gold Award for 2010-11. The accomodation consists of top quality bedrooms with luxury bathrooms (Matki showers and roll upper baths), flat screen TV and independent Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have stunning views of the Bristol Channel. We also have a cute visitor hall facing the park. Transportation

We are only 2 mins from fusion 24 of the M4 motorway. Exit at blend 24 then follow B4327 Newport ( incorrectly labelled A48 on Google map ). After 200m pass entry to Celtic Manor Resort on right. Continue 400m turning right into Royal Oak Hill ( Toby Carvery on corner ). Cross over motorway bridge and immediately turn sharp left into Christchurch Hill. Follow highway to T combination and turn left. Proceed to the upper of the hill with the church and the Greyhound Inn to your right and the church lounge and car parking to your left. The Old Rectory is the 2nd cottage on your left. It's a white cottage set back off the highway with a semi circular driveway.
