This adorable Cotswolds guesthouse is conveniently located just mins from combination 17 of the M4 motorway, embedded in fantastic countryside and a short ride to Chippenham and historical towns of Bath and Bristol.

The cottage features a wealthy heritage and is listed in the Domesday Book. It features connections with Queen Elizabeth I, and was rebuilt in 1840. Up-to-date facilities join easily with astonishing Tudor fireplaces and stone flooring. The hotel's en-suite bedrooms are capacious and personally designed. Some suites have luxury king-size four-poster beds to complement the nice décor, whilst others are good for huge families.

Our Head Chef and his team take pride in creating conventional British cuisine with flair and quality, which is immaculately catered in the refined Gallery Restaurant, facing the unbelievable grounds. We have been given an AA Rosette for our good food.

We are skilled in all kinds of functions from Conferences and Meetings to Weddings and Christmas Parties. Our suites able to accommodate persons for little conferences and spacious banquets, or we able to organize for a marquee in our grounds for Balls.
