General Information

Chester Backpackers is a bright, suitable and hospitable hostel in a charming black and white conventional mock Tudor building in the heart of pretty Chester. Chester is a spectacular town - fantastic cathedral, luxurious antique buildings and is Britain's most the entire walled town. There are numerous museums to stay, Roman sites to wander around, Britain's largest zoo, widely-known shopping and a pleasant river. The nightlife is prime too with famous pubs and clubs and we are just two mins stroll from all of this. Come and visit a day or 2, or even longer and test North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester and Snowdonia National Park, all on Chester's doorstep. Our warmhearted and helpfull personnel will provide you with all the data you need. Most apartments en-suite, All linen newly laundered, Free Tea and Coffee, five Minutes stroll from train station. The hostel is situated close to all facilities, the town centre, boutiques, town walls and bars.


Transportation

From the railway station stroll direct ahead up City Road, turn left at the base of this highway just after The Chester Hangman pub onto Boughton Street and we are 150m on the left just past the video store. From the National Express bus stop follow Union Street in the opposite direction to the Roman amphitheatre till the traffic lights. Turn right onto Boughton, we are 200m up the highway on the left.
