Parva is a 17th Century former farmhouse idylically set only 50 meters from the banks of the River Wye, next door to the gothic St. Michael’s Church and less than a mile from the historic Tintern Abbey. This not big, welcoming, guesthouse oozes olde worlde character and joy in an relaxed atmosphere where you can have a rest and put the pressures of your daily routines on hold whilst you receive pleasure from our cordiality and the nearby village. Enjoy energetic or casual state strolls, sightseeing in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, or just unwind and watch the river go by in this "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". Our eight en-suite bedrooms are individualy colored and catered to match the character of the farmhouse. The region features an affluence of Medieval Castles of all sizes and strategic importance. Chepstow, Caldicott and Raglan to name just several. We are just ten minutes drive from Chepstow Race Course where you are sure to enjoy the fitness of kings and an extensive Sunday market place.
