Located in 1 acre of terraces and five acres of lonely grounds beneath Cleeve Hill ( 1 mile - part of the Cotswold Way - 1000 ft. escarpement with 100 acres of common land and hole golf course) with scenic panoramas from the park of Cotswold village (see Google Earth ). Located in the Burgage, steeped in English heritage, specifically the English Civil War. Now it's a tranquil backwater next to Cheltenham Race Course ( East side ), yet just one. five miles from Regency Spa Cheltenham heart. Today, Prestbury House is an independently owned ( now 21 years ) Grade II Listed Georgian, 300-year-old Guest Accommodation ( Bed and Breakfast) Country Manor House offering fine Breakfasts with commodious bedrooms some with four posters, some with King size beds some with park vistas. Premiere bedrooms are in the major cottage and Standard bedrooms are in the Coach House. The Coach House is approximately 310 years ancient and features a lot of exposed White Oak beams. Some first floor and twin bedded suites are Standard bedrooms in the Coach House. Being Grade two listed there are NO lifts in either building.
