Fairwinds Hotel and Chalets are located in Carrbridge in the center of Cairngorm National Park. Guests like the choice of lodging in our three star (Scottish Tourist Board) hotel or in our perfectly appointed purpose-built timber chalets, both professionally and privately run by resident proprietors Alison and Lindsay. Immensely popular for Scotland relaxation and romantic breaks, this beautiful small hideaway gains its image from ideally professional yet cautiously laid back management, its well respected restaurant and its scenic romantic setting. Fairwinds Hotel and Chalet sits in seven acres of greatly lonely, still, and tenderly cared for privately-owned grounds encircled by mature woodlands. As well as our resident family of mallard ducks, roe deer, scarlet squirrels and crested tits number among the wildlife that frequently visits our grounds. Our 5 visitor suites are all highly various, and are privately and decorated with taste. We use upper of the collection bed linens and towels in addition to Arran Aromatic toileteries. All are equiped with TV, video player, hairdryer, radio/CD alarm clock and all have en-suite amenities. The hotel proposes self-sufficient Wi Fi connection to our dear guests with access to a computer in the hall. Our wide period greenhouse serves as our Restaurant where customers able to enjoy a calmly breakfast, and candlelit banquet in the in the evenings. The food is just prepared by Lindsay in our kitchen using the best of make, much of it sourced locally. We received recognition of our commitment to quality in 2002 with the prize of "Taste of Scotland" status and were aslo given with 3 gold medallions for our food. Dinner able to be booked directly with the inn. Visitors able to watch vermilion squirells and our varied birdlife whilst dining. We are pleased to serve for vegetarian and particular diets and we do appreciate advance notice.
