three Sapphire Street is a conventional terraced cottage features been fully refreshed in 200910 to give 1st class, centrally heated and double glazed lodging for up to 6 persons in a tranquil alley near Cardiff downtown. The cottage is situated approximately a ten minutes stroll away from Cardiff's vigorous city center, making it a lovely base for a weekend stay or a longer visit for workbusiness reasons. Sapphire Street is a closed end st leading off Clifton Street which is a secondary trading Street offering a wide variety of take-away food outlets, hospitable hostelries and a lot of useful butiques and a bank with an ATM machine. The cottage is set back from the pavement by a little forecourt and there is on-road car park accessible. The facade door opens to a hallway with stairs leading to the ground floor and a door to the open-plan loungedining district. There is homely seating for six persons and a dining desk which able to also seat six. A doorway leads through to a completely fitted kitchen with a variety of wall and base units and the usual appliances (oven, hob, extractor, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher). All kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, crockery, glasses etc are offered. From the kitchen a door leads to a little utilitycloakroom which houses a 2nd WC and wash basin and a washing machine. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms (two singles, a double and a twin). Every room is equipped with enough storage space for a short visit. The tiled bathroom features a white room and a magnificent shower over the bath, with constant hot water being provided by the combi boiler.
