By highway: Take Junction ten from the M65 and take the fifth exit off of the roundabout, taking you over the upper of the motorway. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and head down the highway, direct over a mini-roundabout and continue on this highway till the next set of lights with a drive-through McDonald's on the left. Turn right and take the 2nd exit off the next roundabout and head down the dual carriageway to the next roundabout, to take the 2nd exit onto Church Street. Head up this highway to find the hotel on the right hand side at the next set of traffic lights. By train: Nearest train station is Burnley Central - exit the station and cross the highway. Cut through and pass Halfords on the left, approaching the major highway. Go down the steps and head up the avenue, crossing over at the lights. Continue up the avenue, crossing over at the upper and follow the highway round. Turn right down next boulevard on the right, passing Burnley College on left. Turn directly at the bottom of the boulevard and head towards traffic lights. The hotel is on corner overlooking you. By bus: At the bus station overlooking Farmfoods, turn right and stroll down to the end of the avenue passing the cab rank on the right. Cross over the highway and head right, following the pavement round to bring you onto Church Street. Head towards the traffic lights where you can find the hotel on the right hand side.

No dogs are allowed. 2/3 of suite rate will be charged in the case of no arrival. Although kids under 14 years will staying for self-sufficient, a charge for breakfast will restful apply.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 65% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 15 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than 14 year can staying for self-sufficient.
