Conditions & CONDITIONS ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS 2005 The following conditions apply to all lodging bookings, reservations and deposits for lodging 1. Deposit POLICY the booking will only be considered confirmed once the Hotel is in receipt of the deposit i.e. your credit or debit card will be processed with a deposit charge or your cheque has been cleared with our bankers. All deposits are fully refundable upon written cancellation whether received no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit for all classification of apartment is 80. 00 per apartment booked. two. Arriving AFTER 6. 00pm reservations are held for customers arrival by 6.00pm. Payment AND DISPUTES you're required to pay your bill in full on departure failure to do so could result in criminal or civil proceedings against you. The Hotel is under no obligation to produce reductions to your bill, any refunds are at the entire discretion of the General Manager who will produce a decision having considered your written complaint, and this process will be concluded within 14 days of receipt of your letter. Further INFORMATION 1. Kids 2 kids under the age of 17 may staying in their parents apartment. A charge per child, inclusive of breakfast, will be made. All other meals will be charged as taken (please kindly note that should families with kids under 12 wish to have dinner in Beresfords our Restaurant, they will be asked to produce a booking before 7.30pm). A Junior Dinner menu is available on the occasion of a demand. Kids under three are accommodated in their parents apartment free and a cot will be provided whether requested at an supplementary charge per night. two. Pets dogs may be allowed strictly at the discretion of the Hotel Management and an extra charge per dog per day will be added to your account; we allow a maximum of two dogs per suite per day. Dogs are not allowed in any of the Hotels social districts at any time. Whilst entering and leaving the Hotel dogs must be maintained on a lead and under control. three. Amenities CHARGES no facilities charge will be made as we feel that this should be at the discretion of the client, please note the Hotel does not keep any gratuities, all gratuities are paid out to personnel. four. Vacating BEDROOMS must be by 11. 00am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate a bedroom by 11. 00am on the day of departure will result in a standard late check out charge of 25. 00 being added to your account. Apartments are normally accessible from two. 00pm on the day of arrival. five. Credit service are not offered automatically and can only be arranged by obtaining and completing a credit application form. Credit service must be agreed 14 days prior to the visitor arrival. seven. Credit TERMS all invoices must be settled in full within seven days from the date of the invoice. This is only applicable to guests with credit amenities. 8. Tarriffs confirmed prices cannot be changed or transferred to promotional or discounted rates that may exist from time to time. Cancelling a booking and re-booking on a discounted or promotional rate is not permissible. All exceptional lodging carries a supplement. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 17.50%. All bookings are subject to availability. Receipt of payment does not promise availability. No allowances or refund can be made for meals not taken on inclusive basis. We reserve the right to vary our prices to cover changes to VAT and other taxes. 9. Renovation WORK from time to time renovation business is carried out to upgrade the hotels facilities; this may result in certain facilities/amenities not being accessible. The Hotel reserves the right to carry out maintenance business without prior notice to clients. ten. Apartment REQUESTS the Hotel reserves the right to change apartment allocations without notice thanks operational reasons. Force MAJEURE whether the Hotel is prevented or hindered from carrying out its obligations here under by circumstances behind its sensible control including (without prejudice to the generality the foregoing) government intervention, strikes, labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, national or local disasters or war, then the Hotel's liability to the Client shall be no greater than the amount paid to the Hotel by the Client in respect of the lodging. Whether for any reasons behind the Hotel's wise control the lodging reserved cannot be made accessible to the Client the Hotel reserves the right to substitute similar or comparable lodging and such a substitution shall be accepted by the Clients as satisfactory performance by the Hotel of its obligations hereunder to give the lodging reserved. Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
