General Information

Centrally Located 2 minutes from the Pier, Lanes Shopping district and 8 minutes from Brighton meeting center. We are a period property with sunny, airy and radiant apartments punctuated with splashes of color. We are a easy, bright guesthouse offering what we feel to be good value for money. Every room is simply provided with luxury 5-star beds which we hope you'll find incredibly homely, teacoffee making service, independent Wifi, flatscreen digital Tv's and a lot of other small extras. Some of the rooms provide a partial seaview and kitchenettes with mini fridges (no cooking!). Our objective is to propose you a delightful stay in a homely, cheerful and unpretentious ambiance. Breakfast is cooked to order and is generally between 830 and 930 at holidays. On weekdays times may vary depending on general consensus of in cottage clients. Car park vouchers are available on the occasion of a demand. We also offer an ironing facilities at no supplementary charge (please don't bring all your laundry!). Please note we do not take kids under 14 or pets.

Transportation

Head for the Pier in Brighton. Once at the Pier roundabout turn left. Immediately after this you'll come to a foot passenger crossing - just after this there is a little lane called Manchester Street - take this turning and drive to the end. This will bring you to St James Street which is a one and you'll be forced to take a right. Drive up St James Street till you get to Cafe Strength on the right. This is Broad Street. Please be aware we are at the sea end on the right hand side of Broad Street (there are 2 no1's - we are a black door).
