Peterstone Court state hotel & spa is located in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Our approach to food is easy and honest. 90% of the meat and poultry catered at our restaurant comes from our family farm just down the highway. So we know exactly what our animals have been fed throughout their life, and hope this will also lessen our carbon impact on the surroundings. Our food is everytime seasonal and sustainable, using fresh, organic where possible home reared and local ingredients. Our thermal uses only natural, organic products, a philosophy which features filtered down from the major cottage. We use Ytsara, from Thailand, and Circaroma, an award winning up-to-date collection (certified by the Soil Association).
