Welcome to The Castle Inn, a delicious freehouse pub with shop bedrooms with fair vistas over the Georgian roof tops of the vivid city of Bradford on Avon and behind to Salisbury Plain and the Westbury White Horse. Just seven miles from the historic town of Bath, The Castle is embedded in a characterful Georgian building and features traded as an Inn for some 160 years. Softly, sympathetically and imaginatively renovated in 2007 The Castle features a playful eccentricity that is Cluedo grange meets conventional state pub. From morning 'til night, The Castle is at your amenities, if for morning coffee, light snack, 3-course dinner or just a pint of local ale. Internally the pub is essentially split into two regions with a entire of 90 covers. The dominant has of the major brasserie district to the left of the entrance hall, with its flagstone floor and lime washed walls, are the superb reclaimed mahogany brasserie and roomy open hearth. While the apartments quiet retain their particular 250-year ancient character we have also added a spacious fat dollop of 'luxurious boutique' to meet the requirements of the up-to-date day sleeper. From M4, fusion 16. Take A46 for Bath. Continue to 1st roundabout and turn right (A46). Continue for approx four miles till the following roundabout and turn right for A363 Bradford on Avon.
