We are a little family run hotel at the foot of the coast, city heart and BIC. Our purpose is to give a homely and restful outskirts so that you can have a rest and enkoy your time with us. Our customers are mostly couples and families who enjoy our relaxed ambiance, to ensure the comfort of our visitors we do not accept stag or hen groups.

Marlins is an ancient Victorian cottage and all our suites are therefore individual. The hotel is a vast three storey building with apartments on all floors, whether you would like a apartment on the ground or lower floors please advise us at the time of booking and we will try facilitate, subject to availability.

Marlins is a non smoking hotel, smoking is not allowed in any part of the building. Credit card is required as a secure. Whether the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. We do not accept stag/hen parties or any other group booking unless agreed by phone. Latest check in time 10.00pm. Children over 15 are charged at full rate.

Reservations must be cancelled three days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 15 year are considered adult for suite occupancy.
