Plummers Place Guesthouse Boston (England)

General Information

We are a grade two Listed family run Guethouse facing the Wash and Norfolk coastline next door to RSPB nature reserve Freiston Shore and in the midst of 2 other reserves, Frampton and Gibralter Point. The structure itself is full of heritage with antique beams and features a beauty all of its own, being a previous coach cottage and then converted to a Georgian hotel in the 1770's by Mr Plummer, hence the name. The Pilgrim fathers left from a point only two miles down the beach which is marked today and able to be visited. We are near all historic fenland cities and produce a nice base for strolling, cycling, fishing, birding, shopping in addition to eating and sampling the local pubs. We also try to encourage work users who want to visit and want a break from larger group hotels. We are a family run establishment and have nice reviews for our amicable and friendly approach in addition to our food. We accept pets and welcome all no matter who you're. Regarding food, it's all home-cooked and just prepared so we only ask that you look at our dishes and book beforehand for your 1st nights meal. We try our ultimate to serve for persons with specific needs but do need to know what they are. We are not certificated so please feel self-sufficient to bring your own. We will do our ultimate to accommodate disabled persons and have done in the past, but the structure itself is not finest set for some. Why not come and visit and enjoy a village escape. The structure is 300 years ancient and features ancient beams the floors slope, the doors to the suites are listed thanks to their age, the walls are not direct or ideal, the ceilings slope and the hard to maintain windows are listed. This is not a Modern Perfect Building. Sorry this is the way the structure is, we did not build it this way. But we maintain this past treasure in addition to we able to and like plenty of of our clients we love the structure. We are a lively husband and wife team who do ALL the business that is required no personnel are employed. We provide a festive and natural amenities and will constantly facilitate in any way we able to with any requirements.

Transportation

Follow signs from A17A16 to Boston, from Boston continue towards the A52 signposted to Skegness from the A16 roundabout, approximately two miles up the highway in front of the Castle Pub you'll see signs for the RSPB nature reserve Freiston Shore. Follow these we are neighboring to the reserve entry.
