We are located on the West Bognor sea facade, which is a stone's throw from the coast. Bognor Town Centre and Pier is a excellent 10 minute stroll along the sea facade.

Sorry, no under 14'S. We do not have a kids' licence, so therefore we are unable to accept bookings with kids under 14. All of the rooms and the restaurant are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed in the brasserie region.

Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 14 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy.
