From the end of the m55 continue direct over the roundabout onto Yeadon Way till the end of the highway. Approaching 2 mini roundabouts, continue direct over the 1st, then turn directly at the 2nd, following the highway that the Aldi supermarket is on. Bear left at the traffic lights, then continue to the next lights, turning left onto Lytham Road. Dean Street is the third highway on the right.

Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 85% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
