Withnell Road is by South Shore Pier almost opposite the Casino and adjoins the prom. By auto: From the m6 motorway combine the m55 and follow signs to South Shore. Follow the prom towards the Pleasure Beach and South Shore Pier, opposite the gambling house turn into Withnell Road. By train: We are a 5 minute cab ride from the North Station and a short stroll from the South Station. Coach Parks are only a short way away.

Check In/Out. You may check in from 2pm onwards. You must check out by 10:30am. Payment: We accept most main Credit/Debit cards. Cheques accepted to limit of cheque card. Credit/debit card details are required as a form of promise. A non-refundable deposit of one nights staying per suite will be charged on booking. The remainder is due on arrival. Any late cancellations or no shows are liable to incur a charge of 70% of the booking value whether the suites are not re-let. This charge will automatically be taken from card details left as promise. Cottage Rules * Smoking is not allowed except in the Bar/Lounge. * As part of our endeavours to reduce our environmental impact towels will only be changed whether they are left within the shower cubicle. * Because water is one of most essential natural resources, we ask that you use it responsibly. * Non-residents should be signed in at reception and are not allowed to purchase alcohol neither are they allowed upstairs, they may however consume alcohol purchased for them by their sponsor. *In the interests of hygiene clients own food, Fish and Chips etc, or alcoholic drink, must not be brought onto these premises. *Children must be supervised at all times. * Our entirely hours are from 12: 00pm to 8:00am. If you enter the hotel between these hours, please be mindful of other clients who are sleeping. *No Pets allowed. *A limited number of free parking zone spaces are accessible on a 1st come 1st catered basis.

Reservations must be cancelled seven days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
