The hotel is located about 200 yards from the sea facade and a 4-minute stroll from the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Complex. It's perfectly sited for those who require a quieter region with free access to the amusement that Blackpool is celebrated for.

From all routes, drive to the sea facade and drive south towards the Pleasure Beach with the Blackpool Tower beyond you. At the foot of the Pleasure Beach is the South Pier. Turn left opposite the entry into Station Rd, the hotel can be found towards the end of the highway on the left hand side.

A non refundable deposit of 50% for a person is required which will be charged to your credit/debit card. You'll then get a confirmation email clarifying your reservation details. At present we apply 50% of the entire invoice for no-shows and late cancellations (72 hours). Unless agreed at the time of reservation, our latest check-in time is 23:00. Please also be aware that thanks to the layout of the property, we do not currently propose appropriate amenities for disabled persons.

Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 50% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for suite occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
