All our suites are with taste equipped with greatly comfy beds, serene and serviced daily. We propose a variety of breakfasts to suit you. While we do not have a brasserie, there is a extremely hospitable pub within two mins stroll.
Room information
We propose cosy lodging, at extremely sensible prices. All our suites are of standard type i.e. not en room. They are well equipped and were are told have greatly comfy beds. Kids are highly welcome although we do not serve for the extremely young. For those more chilly mornings we have full central heating. There will be a no smoking policy from June 2007.

Travel information
By Car: From the M55: - When approaching Blackpool from the M55 do not take the Blackpool exit, instead continue and follow signs for the auto gardens. - Drive direct through the auto gardens and this will bring you out on Central Drive by Coral Island. - Turn left at Coral Island to go onto the sea facade. - At the sea facade, turn right and travel past Blackpool Tower, the North Pier and the Metropole Hotel. - Just after the Metropole Hotel, turn right into Cocker Street and go direct on over Dickson Road and Lord Street. - You will then come to a social cottage called The Mount Pleasant. - Turn right and Lynmar is situated five houses down on the right. From the M55 (junction 4): advised during the Blackpool Illuminations. - Leave the M55 at mix four, signposted for Blackpool and the North Shore. - At roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Preston New Road (A583, signposted for Blackpool). - Go direct ahead and at the end of Whitegate Drive, continue direct onto Park Road and again follow the highway through to the end. - At the end of Park Road turn left (you have no choice as its a one-way system). - Move into the heart lane in order to turn directly at the next set of lights 50 m ahead onto Cookson Street. - Follow Cookson Street till you reach the second set of traffic lights and move into the right-hand lane. - Turn left stay in the right hand lane which turns directly at the Wilkinson boutique. - Now move over into the left lane which is Dickson Road. - Just after the Zebra crossing turn right onto Cocker Street (you will see the Cosy Corner Cafe on the right, opposite a little church). - Drive along across Lord Street and at the next boulevard (High Street), you'll see The Mount Pleasant pub on the left corner. - Turn right and Lynmar are five doors down on the right. Parking: Please contact the hotel for parking advice. By Rail: - When you arrive at Blackpool North Station, exit by means of the back exit situated on the right, as you leave the platform. - You will see High Street on your right. - Continue down and Lynmar is situated 350 meters down on the left.
Important information
A 20% deposit is require on all bookings. A full refund will apply to all cancellations, within our booking terms. two GBP will added to all credit and debit card transactions to cover bank administration charges. Little pets allowed on demand. Parking zone is available at Bank Street auto garden which is ensuite, rear the train station, a two minute stroll from the Lynmar. Couples, families and bona fide parties only. On holidays, minimum staying is two nights, except Bank weekends which are a minimum of three night's staying. Hotel is flexible over late arrivals with prior notice awarded.
Cancellation policy
Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 85% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for self-sufficient.
