The Canasta has a certificated brasserie which is open from 11: 00 to 23: 30 on weekdays and till midnight at holidays. On busier holidays, whether there is sufficient request, we run karaoke on Friday nights from 21: 00 to midnight (and occasionally on Saturdays).

All standard double suites have shower and toilet (compact) and standard sized double beds. Every room is equipped with a trouser press, color TV, central heating, tea/coffee service and a hairdryer. All standard suites have windows which face the rear of the hotel.

The hotel is located on the North Promenade which is the quieter district of city but close to enough to stroll to the North Pier, Tower, Coral Island, Winter Gardens and Sea Life Centre. The trams stop directly outside and will take you to the Pleasure Beach in 15 mins.

From the M55 motorway: - Continue for the Promenade (clearly signposted), past the Tower and North Pier (with the sea on your left). - We are 3/4 of a mile north of North Pier. From North Pier you will pass the Metropole Hotel on your left, the Revills, Royal York, Tiffanys (big pink one) and Claremont hotels on your right. - You will then see the Best Western Carlton Hotel on the right. We are the white hotel next door on the far side. - Pull into the auto garden and provide us a wave to facilitate you with your bags. By Train: A cab ride from the railway station takes several mins and costs three GBP. Strolling: - As you leave the platform turn right and exit the railway station by means of the smaller exit by the parcels office. - This brings you onto Dickson Road. Turn right and stroll approximately a mile till you come to the Carlton Hotel. We are next door to it. By coach: National Express Coach Services operate to and from Blackpool all year round. From Lonsdale Road Coach Park (South Shore): - Make your way to the prom and catch a tram north. - Exit the tram at the Claremont Hotel. - Alternatively, a cab should only cost approximately five GBP. Talbot Road Bus Station is close to the railway station. Follow directions above. Blackpool Airport is approximately 6 miles away. A cab will cost approximately seven GBP.

Please note we are strictly couples and families only. Same sex bookings will not be honoured Free I-net access is accessible at the reception table (for anybody aged 14 years and above only). There is also a Wi-Fi signal which reaches the sun hall district. This is a independent facilities. Our auto garden retains 18 vehicles and the spaces are allocated on a 1st to arrive basis. During busier times, when our auto garden is full, there is independent st parking surrounding on a well lit major highway.

Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 13 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy.
