For those who follow soccer, the traing ground of the Premierships Blackburn Rovers is next to the inn and some ground floor apartments have fine views of the field so you can watch them train. Transportation

From combination 31 on the M6 follow the A59 towards Clitheroe for approx 8 miles. Turn left at the Northcote Manor and follow the lane for approx 1 mile,
