Cancellation policy is by 4pm the day prior to arrival. Please note that a safety deposit may be required upon check-in on arrival. Check-in personnel are accessible on weekdays from 8am-8pm, on Saturdays from 10am-7pm and on Sundays and Bank Holidays from 11am-5pm. If you're going to arrive outside of these times, please contact Reception, who will provide you with a keycode to access the building. Supplementary beds are charged at 20. 00 GBP per night. Cots are provided free.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than three year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than two year can staying for independent.
