Any comment or complaint regarding the staying should be made in writing within ten days to the hotel. All data concerning the Accommodation, including but not limited to descriptions, availability and pricing has been provided and is managed by the lodging.

Cancellations without charge must be made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival. Cancellations made later than this and no-shows will be charged at the full rate of the 1st night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
