The picturesque, unspoiled coast is directly at the foot of the highway with cliff pools aplenty at low tide. The locality features prime hole golf, sailing, strolling and museumsgalleries. A coast hut able to also be hired (by arrangement). A small further afield, Hastings ancient town brags an affluence of ancient boutiques, historic Rye features marvelous views, Battle Abbey and location of the Battle of Hastings are steeped in heritage and Bodiam Castle is picture ideal. Transportation

Beach BandB is opposite St Barnabas Church, one hundred fifty meters from the train station (on leaving the station, turn right and head downhill towards the sea front). Trains run from London Victoria straight to Bexhill or from London Charing Cross by means of St Leonards. The major automotive routes to Bexhill are the A21 (south from the M25) or, whether approached from the West, through the A23, A27. Whether hiking from Dover or from the strait tunnel, take the A259 to Hastings and Bexhill.
