The hotel is located on the South East side of Bath heart, above and beyond Sydney Gardens. Directions from Bristol: After the dual carriageway take the Lower Bristol Road (A36) into the City through 2 sets of traffic lights. Follow the one-way system and the signs for the A36. Weave under the railway, around the back of the station and pass the Menzies Hotel on your left. At the next set of traffic lights, proceed ahead under the railway bridge, go direct over the next roundabout and then turn right into Sydney Place (by the Holburne Museum). The entry to The Bath Spa Hotel is 200 yards up the hill on the right hand side. Directions from London: Exit the M4 at fusion 18 and take the A46 to Bath - about eight miles till the main roundabout. At the roundabout turn right joining the A4 and follow the signs for 'City Centre'. After one mile at the blend of the A36 and the traffic lights, turn left following the signs for the A36. Follow the highway over Cleveland Bridge and past the Fire Station. At the mini roundabout turn right and then take the next left, after the Holburne Museum, into Sydney Place. The entry to The Bath Spa Hotel is 200 yards up the hill on the right hand side. Air: Bristol International Airport has delightful regional and European flights and also regular flights to New York. There is a helicopter landing pad close to the hotel at Lansdown for which advance permission is required. Bristol International Airport - 22 miles Heathrow International - 100 miles Birmingham International - 90 miles Gatwick - 145 miles Rail: Bath Spa station is approximately one mile from the hotel; the facilities for London (11/4 hrs), Reading, Swindon, Bristol and South Wales is lovely, with trains at least hourly. There is a beautiful facilities to Birmingham and the North by means of Bristol.

Whether you cancel in breach of our policy, or are a no show, you'll be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's lodging charge. All bedrooms are non-smoking. All Health & Beauty treatments need to be booked prior to arrival. Kids can use the pool between 9am and 6pm accompanied by an adult. They cannot use the other Spa service. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets in the Vellore at the holidays.

Reservations must be cancelled three days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 16 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than five year can staying for independent.
