Breakfast is catered from 08:

From the East: Take the a4, at the fusion with the Bath exit take the highway to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left-hand side after 50 yards. From the West (Bath City Centre): At the a46/a4 mix, take the highway to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left hand side after 50 yards. From the m4: Come off at blend 18 and take a46, come off at Bath exit and at the roundabout turn left to Batheaston, hotel is immediately on the left. From Bath Train Station: Bath Spa rail station is only seven mins drive away and, whether you do come by train, we will be cheerful to reimburse you for the cost of a cab from the station to Bailbrook Lodge.

We are strictly a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast times can be flexible. Whether you require an early breakfast please demand on arrival at the hotel. N.b. A £40 non-refundable deposit is taken on receipt of your booking.

Reservations must be cancelled one day in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of lodging will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
