This footbridge remained till 1936. The Royal has changed ownership several times during its nearly 150 years of heritage and in March 1995, PR Inns acquired the work. 'PR' is a little privately-owned company, wholly owned by its 2 partners who are extremely trained hoteliers and restaurateurs.
