For customers using social transportation, Barnham Station is a five mins drive by cab. The home is extremely simple to find, being only mins from the a27 (the major south beach road). Coming from Arundel after about three miles on a27, you'll see a slip highway to the left (just before the 1st roundabout) signed to Fontwell Village. Take this slip highway and then turn immediately left again. Woodacre is the 1st cottage on the right. Coming from Chichester on the a27 at Fontwell Roundabout, take the 2nd exit signed to Fontwell Village. Travel over two mini- roundabouts and continue till highway bears left. Just before the blend on the a27, turn right into Arundel Road. Woodacre is the 1st cottage on the right.

A credit card is required as a promise. Whether the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. A ten GBP non-refundable deposit is required for a person. From 01 April 2007, a minimum booking of two nights is required over the holidays.

Reservations must be cancelled two days in good time of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 95% of the cost of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than ten year are considered adult for apartment occupancy.
