Wonderfully located at the head of Loch Long in the center of the Arrochar Alps, Ashfield House brags amazing uninterrupted vistas of both the sea loch and the opulent hills, including the famed Cobbler'. This classical cottage, built in 1812, proposes all up-to-date facilities with en apartment bedrooms. Clients have their own wing of the cottage and a detach entry. The House sits well back amongst extensive privately-owned terraces, popular with local deer, which are encircled by mature wood. There is ample private car park for our dear guests in addition to a broad safe bothy providing dry storage for bicycles sports equipping. Visitors have their own living room where they can unwind in cozy seating, listen to a choice of music or read from our roomy library whilst appreciating a complementary wee dram of whisky. We also have a wide range of board toys and a choice of treveller news and maps to help in planning your well earned vacation. Detailed data and advice on climbing and strolling in the region able to be provided. Packed snacks able to be provided for walkers on demand. Breakfast is catered at your own desk in the Dining Room. Dinner (choose from a 2 or 3 course meal) able to be provided on demand at the time of booking. Arrochar is just five minutes from lively Loch Lomond and 50 mins from Glasgow Airport whilst Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Highlands and Western Inner Hebridean Islands are all within simple get to. Arrochar is in the center of Scotland's 1st National Park with ample guest occasions for sightseeing, sports and relaxation. Transportation

By Road From Glasgow, Edinburgh and the South follow the M8 through Glasgow. Whether you're arriving at Glasgow Airport unite the M8 going west. By Train Take the West Highland line from by means of Glasgow Queen Street. Alight at Arrochar and and Tarbet station and turn right following the highway for 1 mile into the countryside. Ashfield House is on the right hand side of the A83, just after the Loch Long Hotel.
