M6 to Jct 36 take A591 through to Ambleside (approx. 20 miles). Take A593 for two miles then B5343 ElterwaterLangdales. Arrive at Elterwater marvel at the richness of the Langdale Pikes, drive via the countryside and we are 50 yards on the left hand side facing Lake Elterwater and the nearby fells with a lot of car park.
