Breakfast is catered from 07: 00 till 09:30. Lunch is catered from 12: 00 till 14:00. Dinner is catered from 19: 00 till 20:30. Price of Full English Breakfast (if not included in Price of Room): five GBP.

By highway: leave the a16 (grimsby to skegness/boston road). At ulceby cross roundabout and unite the a1104 to alford: three miles. By mass transport: train to skegness, bus or cab to alford.

A credit card is required as a secure. We require 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation, failure to do so may result in a charge. Please note that we are highly flexible with regards to our check-in and check-out times to suit your travel requirements. Bookings for the bridal apartment will be confirmed within 48 hours.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
