Breakfast is catered from 07: 00 till 09:00. Lunch is catered from 12: 00 till 14:00. Dinner is catered from 19:

When leaving the m65 at j7, follow signs towards Whalley and Clitheroe, not Accrington. At 1st set of lights from motorway turn right, second set turn left onto Walley Road. The hotel is then situated approx 1/2 mile on the left hand side, immediately after a second set of lights.

A credit card is required as a secure. Payment for the 1st night's lodging will be deducted from the credit card on confirmation of booking. Refund will be made provided cancellation is received 24 hours before arrival. Cancellation charges will be incurred whether apartment is not cancelled 24 hours before the day of arrival. Please advise us whether you're going to be a late arrival. Pets will only be accepted when prior arrangements have been made. A charge of five. 00 per pet per night is applicable. Only little well behaved dogs accepted.

Reservations must be cancelled one day beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
