Visa Procedures: Only Urgent Transit Visa is provided at AED 400 per visa, for which a minimum of 5 working days notice is required. The required documents to process transit visas are local company promise, credit card copy (with essential authorisations) and a serene passport copy.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show one night staying will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
