The hotel processes visas for customers. A clean passport copy (first+last page) of the visitor should be submitted 1 month ahead from the expected arrival date in Dubai. We charge AED 400 p.p. inclusive of airport conveyance. Whether the visa is not approved by the Immigration there will be no refund for the AED 400 charged. We require a credit card pre-authorization promise of AED 6000 p.p. to be held by the hotel till the visitor departs and sends the exit stamp copy to us.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, one night will be charged. After check-in, cancellation is no longer possible and full amount will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

One child under 12 years sharing with existing bedding will be on complementary basis.
