Except the dial-up facility through the existing phone line, at present, we do not have high quality internet connection in our visitor suites or in social regions. The hotel is available for wheel chairs in the restaurant, apartments and social district.

One additional bed can be added to all apartments, only for the third person in every suite. This facilities is secured. Costs: AED 100 + 6% hiking fee and 10% facilities charge that consists of cafeteria breakfast at our coffee boutique.

Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre & Gold Centre – two. five kilometers: a dream for shopaholics – there are nearly 400 outlets selling just approximately everything. This has some of the biggest jewellery boutiques in the Gulf and glitters with ultimate gold, diamond and pearl Jewellery. Marina Mall – 8. five km: Abu Dhabi’s biggest mall. Its picturesque setting on the breakwater gives it an advantage over other shopping destinations. Cancellation: before 2pm on the day of arrival. One night charge for any cancellation or No show after the cancellation time. For cancellation of a reservation with any minimum length of staying restrictions the total duration of reservation made will be charged. For any check-in earlier than 09: 00 hrs, the suite should be reserved from the pervious night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

- Maximum two kids can staying supplementary in a room; - 1 child below 12 years ancient sharing parent’s suite is free and on same meal plan booked; - second child from 6-12 years will be charged 50% of the half twin rate; - 1 adult + 1 child will be charged the rate of 1 single suite and two groun-ups + 1 child will be charged for 1 double room; - An additional bed (available for all rooms) and baby cot will be offered on complimentary basis for kids below 12 years, whether available; - Children between age 0-5 are entitled to complimentary snack bar breakfast; - Children between 6-12 years will get a 50% discount on the café breakfast published rate.
