A minimum staying of three nights is required during the peak season: 29 December 2007 - 1 January 2008 (4 nights), and Chinese New Year: 6 February - 8 February 2008 (3 nights). Bed type requests cannot be confirmed and are strictly subject to availability when customers arrive at the hotel. An overnight visitor or joiner will be charged at THB 1, 500 network for a person (excluding the use of any service in the hotel),

Should the hotel get a cancellation less than three days prior to arrival, the agent must contact the hotel for penalty data. Otherwise, the below no-show condition is applicable. In the event of a no-show, the hotel shall charge a fee equal to one night at the contracted rates, except during the peak season: 24 December 2007 - two January 2008 and for 6 February - 8 February, 2008, where the hotel shall charge a fee equal to the total length of the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
